📌About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer. If you are fluent in integrations and prospect-facing activities, eloquent and equipped with a high degree of emotional intelligence, read on.
The ideal candidate will shape the Solutions Engineering role as the first hire in this team, reporting directly to the Head of Product Support and Solutions Engineering. At N.Rich, Solutions Engineering is a part of Product Support, and as such, you will be handing inbound tickets, enhancing the knowledge base and defining processes. Additionally, you will be assisting the Account Management team in presenting the software to prospects, gathering requirements and working closely with our Enterprise engineering team, positively influencing the conversion rate and ensuring our most important clients have an amazing experience both pre and post-sales. In order to do this, you need experience with in user-facing roles, CRMs, project management, amazing presentations skills and account-based marketing (in that specific order)
👨‍👨About the team
You would be the 4th member of the Product Support team - the 1st one in the role of Solutions Engineer, as an Individual Contributor level4 role (the most senior individual contributor role in the Product Support team.
Together with the Head of Product Support and Solutions Engineering, you will shape the playbook for the Solutions Engineer role.
The team is brand new - the majority of our processes are a few months old and are made to be iterated on quickly.
🎯What you'll be doing
Handle inbound queries via chat and email.
Participate in calls with clients and prospects.
Contribute to our internal and external knowledge bases.
Troubleshoot bugs and file feature requests.
Communicate with external partners when their assistance is needed to solve user queries.
Learn the ins and outs of N.Rich, website tracking, intent, cookies, data storage etc.
Manage enterprise client requirements during pre-sales transitioning from pre-sales to post-sales.
Present the entire or parts of the platform, to one or multiple stakeholders, virtually or live.
Actively participate in building the Solutions Engineer playbook and train new team members as the team grows. Potential to step up and lead this team later on.
✍️Qualifications
(non-negotiable) Fluent in English.
(Required) 7+ years of user-facing experience whilst working directly for a SaaS company.
(Required) High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
(Required) Demonstrated business acumen and expectation management skills.
(Required) Project management skills
(Some Required) Tech background (API’s, Web development, JS)
(Some Required) Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, LimeCRM, Microsoft Dynamix, other CRMs (certifications are a plus)
(Bonus points) Familiarity with ABM, online advertising and Google Ads.
