Our customers include global enterprises and complex B2B organizations that require not just campaign execution, but commercial guidance, KPI alignment, executive storytelling, and long-term strategic partnership.
The Senior Customer Success Manager is a cornerstone role as we scale toward €10–20M ARR. You will act as the primary owner of our most valuable accounts, blending CSM, Account Management, and strategic ABM consulting. You will carry full responsibility for renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes, while also shaping how we deliver ROI at scale.
This role reports to the Head of Customer Success and works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership. Fully remote, flexible within European time zones.
🎯What You’ll Own
Strategic Customer Leadership
- Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Lead strategic QBRs centered on business impact, KPI alignment, and commercial value.
- Translate platform insights into compelling executive narratives for CROs, Sales Leaders, and RevOps.
- Maintain active KPI ownership for each account (2–3 measurable commercial KPIs per customer).
Revenue Ownership
- 100% ownership of renewals — forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
- 100% ownership of upsell growth — identifying opportunities, mapping impact, and driving commercial alignment.
- Build account expansion strategies for under-monetized accounts and accounts outgrowing their current license.
Executive Relationship Building
- Build multithreaded relationships across customers, ensuring visibility with senior decision-makers.
- Develop and manage relationships with executive leaderships (c-suite)
- Partner with CROs and Heads of Sales on revenue-oriented ABM initiatives
Strategic Planning, Internal Alignment, and Project Management
- Own account plans, growth plans, and renewal strategies within HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with Sales on handoffs, opportunity signals, and commercial blind spots.
- Work with Product to share customer insights, usage gaps, and strategic feature feedback.
- Partner with CS leadership to evolve N.Rich’s customer journey, templates, and value frameworks.
- Manage the projects including internal and external stakeholders
ABM & Performance Advisory
- Advise customers on ABM maturity, persona targeting, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Support customers in defining and interpreting success metrics like pipeline influence, and sales velocity.
- Deliver forward-looking strategic guidance, not reactive support.
✍️What You Bring
Experience
- 5–8+ years in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Proven track record of owning renewals and driving upsells.
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Ability to run KPI-led QBRs and connect product usage to commercial outcomes.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ABM, or revenue operations (big plus).
Skills
- Executive communication & commercial storytelling.
- Strong business and product intuition; able to navigate ambiguous, complex customer environments.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with CMO / CRO-level stakeholders.
- Forecasting discipline, opportunity qualification, and CRM hygiene.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.
- Comfort operating in a lean, high-impact, high-autonomy environment.
