Ownership means taking full responsibility for ensuring the outcome is delivered — not just completing assigned tasks.

Radical Candor means addressing issues openly and constructively so problems are solved early and the best ideas win.

Execution at Scale means setting a clear bar for quality, addressing problems early, and building systems that make strong execution repeatable and scalable.
Living values consistently is hard.
Sometimes we miss things. Sometimes we act under pressure. Sometimes a habit from a previous company shows up and we don’t even notice it ourselves.
That’s normal.
Our values are not here to create fear or punish people for being imperfect. They are here to help us work better together, make expectations clearer, and build a culture we can rely on.
