Most mornings you’ll find me on the terrace in Valencia, coffee in one hand, Google Sheets in the other, deep in some extremely satisfying - data exploration. That’s how I train the muscle of being data-driven: by turning people stuff into charts, patterns, and “oh wait, this actually explains a lot.”
I see HR as less about policies and more about clearing the path for people to do their best work (and stay sane and happy along the way). I like being close to the business, asking annoying questions, and fixing things that slow people down.
