📌About the Role and the Team
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. You’ll be the bridge between our product and our customers—using your understanding of B2B marketing, sales, revenue intelligence, and GTM stacks to turn their needs into scalable product capabilities.

Have hands-on Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS.
Enjoy a fast-scaling, occasionally chaotic environment and can operate without step-by-step instructions.
Are fluent in English, written and spoken.

🎯What Your Day-to-Day Work Looks Like
Own your part of the company's strategic direction and drive initiatives that move the needle.
Own and run the discovery cycle and present the solution vision before it goes to delivery
Work with engineers and designers to shape solutions, using both your “Business” and “Customer” hats.
Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams when product input is needed for opportunities, expansions, or complex use cases: design feasible solutions with the dev team and translate them into a roadmap that can scale beyond a single customer.
Test hypotheses and prototypes with stakeholders, present new features, collect feedback, and iterate.
✍️What We Expect You to Bring to the Table
Solid Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing cycles, revenue intelligence, and GTM motions.
Solid experience with salestech and martech stacks and the broader B2B systems landscape (CRMs, Marketing Automation Systems, BI tools).
Experience working closely with Sales, CS, or Solutions teams on customer requirements, workflows, and integrations.
A business mindset: you understand that product exists to drive or protect revenue.
Ability to work with product metrics and analytics tools and build your own views/dashboards.
Strong prioritization skills when customer needs, sales requests, and long-term product bets collide.
Ability to clearly articulate and present the product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders
A growth mindset: you learn fast, go beyond your formal job description when needed, and get things done.
Exceptional communication skills paired with strong customer empathy.
