đAbout the Role
Weâre looking for a curious, resilient, and commercially sharp Account Executive to drive growth in the US market.
This isnât a âplug-and-playâ sales role, itâs a chance to build pipeline, shape strategy, and influence how we win as a company. Youâll join a high-performing revenue organization where creativity, accountability, and speed matter more than titles or red tape.

We collaborate across marketing, SDR, and customer success to design smart, account-based plays that actually convert.
We work fully remotely, prioritize autonomy, and measure success by impact, not time online.
đŻWhat Youâll Be Doing
Build and manage a strong, self-sourced pipeline through personalized outreach
Own deals end-to-end, applying a consultative, structured approach (MEDDICC and other proven methodologies)
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver seamless buyer experiences
Represent N.Rich at industry events and trade shows (2â3 times per quarter)
Experiment with new go-to-market tactics and share what works â we value builders, not followers
âď¸What You Bring
2+ years of proven SaaS sales success, ideally in a consultative B2B environment
Strong experience in self-prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, creative outbound)
A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute fast and adapt even faster
Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English
US-based (on the West coast, preferably located near a major airport) with willingness to travel occasionally
A strong local network is a strong plus
