đź’ˇWhy this role matters
N.Rich is scaling ARR **50–100 % YoY from towards 100M€ with a sales‑led GTM motion (15 Sales + 5 Marketing + 6 CS/AM & Support). To hit those numbers in a high‑ACV, US‑leaning GTM, we need a RevOps leader enabling revenue teams and top management to have lead with data and insights, through designing the processes, workflows and data model that feed every decision and experiment across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
🎯What you’ll own
Revenue Strategy & Planning
- Build bottoms‑up / top‑down forecasts, capacity & territory models; co‑own CAC‑to‑LTV, payback and margin analytics with Finance.
- Administer pricing, discount guard‑rails and deal‑desk workflows.
HubSpot Architecture, Data & Insights
- Model HubSpot as the authoritative data layer—fields, pipelines, workflows and permissions that support the full buyer journey.
- Own ICP definition & dynamic tiering; pipe intent‑signal data straight into HubSpot for real‑time prioritisation.
- Build conversion tracking for three critical pipelines—Inbound, Outbound and - Mixed‑bound (Marketing‑warmed accounts prioritised by Sales).
- Source, enrich and de‑duplicate contact & account data; maintain quality gates and GDPR / ISO 27001 controls.
- Produce self‑serve dashboards (in HubSpot and BI) that illuminate funnel health, experiment results and revenue forecasts.
Process, Enablement & Continuous Learning
- Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales Dev, Sales & CS via shared definitions, SLAs and weekly funnel reviews.
- Operate RevOps as an internal service desk with intake portal, P1 ≤ 24 h / P2 ≤ 72 h SLAs and quarterly CSAT.
- Embed a test‑and‑learn culture—instrument continuous A/B experiments, capture learnings and iterate messaging, content and offers.
Tech Stack, AI & Automation
- Own the RevTech stack surrounding HubSpot (N.Rich ABM platform, LinkedIn, Outreach, Lusha, Cognism, LeadIQ, Apollo, email deliverability tools, enrichment and intent data providers).
- Design low‑code/no‑code data flows; target ≥ 25 % efficiency lift per automated workflow.
- Deploy LLM agents for enrichment, attribution, lead‑scoring and campaign experimentation—hands‑on with OpenAI APIs or prompting tools.
People & Leadership
- Coach the RevOps squad; foster a fail‑safe, growth‑mindset culture.
- Champion remote‑first collaboration and model radical candor.
✍️Qualifications
Must‑haves
- 7–10 yrs RevOps in SaaS; elite‑level HubSpot admin who thinks in objects, properties & workflows.
- Built or refactored ICP / intent scoring inside a CRM; proven record of lifting pipeline velocity.
- Comfortable wrangling data enrichment, deduplication and GDPR compliance.
- Fluency in SaaS metrics, quota design and territory ops.
- Hands‑on with LLMs (prompting or API); able to prototype automations without waiting for engineering.
- Change‑management pro: can document, train and drive adoption in a fully remote, radically candid culture.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Exposure to N.Rich or similar ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase).
- Experience migrating HubSpot‑centric data into downstream warehouses/BI (Snowflake, BigQuery, Superset, etc.).
