🧑‍🚀About the Role and the Team
We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our ever-growing product team. Our ideal colleague is a business-minded, proactive person who’s great at reading customers’ minds and transforming their pain and needs into actual product requirements. Basically, you need to speak fluent “business” and “tech” simultaneously and somehow find the gold buried in between.
You’ll be part of the IC Team—the squad laser-focused on helping individual marketing specialists. This means enabling them to set up ad campaigns, analyze results, track performance, and report to CMOs in a way that drives data-informed decisions, sales collaboration, and ultimately, revenue impact.

✍️What Your Day-to-Day Work Looks Like
- Collaborate closely with the dev team, participating (and often leading) Agile Development routines.
- Work with engineers and designers to shape features while wearing your “Business” and “Customer” hats.
- Own your piece of company objectives and push initiatives that move the needle.
- Monitor your personally-crafted metrics dashboard and make data-informed decisions.
- Field feature requests from customer-facing teams, then calmly explain why we won’t be doing it like that but will be doing it like this instead.
- Test hypotheses and prototypes with stakeholders, admit when you’re wrong, and iterate.
- Present new features to customers, accept feedback, and… iterate.
đź’ĽWhat We Expect You to Bring to the Table
- Hands-on experience as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS space.
- A solid business mindset. You know a product’s ultimate job is to make money (or at least save money).
- Willingness to dive deep into the business context. If you don’t get the business side, you won’t build something customers need. Period.
- A deep understanding of B2B product metrics. This isn’t about tweaking the “Add to Basket” button. We expect you to know the difference between vanity metrics and the real deal.
- Experience setting up and managing product analytics tools. You should be able to build your own dashboards—you’re not gonna have an “Analytics Tool Manager” to lean on (we don’t have one).
- Prioritization skills. It’s great if you know WSJF, RICE, and all those shiny acronyms, but it’s better if you know what to do when a Tier-1 customer request goes head-to-head with a sales request, all while you’re sitting on a brilliant idea to boost customer satisfaction.
- A growth mindset. You get things done, even if it means going beyond your job description and learning something new, fast.
🎯What Would Make You Even More Perfect
- GenAI experience. It’s here, and you can’t just pretend it’s not. If you’re using it in your daily life—nice. If you’ve worked with it in a business context—great. And if you’re good at prompt engineering and multi-agent systems—well, you’re gorgeous.
- A strong technical background. Sometimes we’ll ask you to write a script or query the database yourself. No pressure, but the devs will trust you more if you can speak their language.
- Marketing experience. We’re using marketing to sell marketing automation to marketers.
